At Lakeside Surfaces, we’re looking for a Solid Surface Fabricator who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and building something real at the end of the day. SUMMARY
This position is to specialize in fabricating solid surface (Corian) countertop materials where a significant amount of hand fabrication is required. Many applications will require wood backers be designed and built by the fabricator to support the project after installation.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and blueprints to produce solid surface countertops within tolerances and specifications
• Operate power saws, routers, and hand tools of various sizes
• Sand and polish countertops with skill and finesse
• Use glues and caulks to join seams and parts
• Physically lift and move substantial parts
