About The Position

In-Person Position OXOS is searching for a detailed-oriented and quality-driven Soldering Technician to join our high-growth company. You will join a dynamic team of passionate people who work daily to change how radiographic diagnostics are delivered. OXOS’ mission is to increase access and availability using the world’s first portable Dynamic Digital Radiography devices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years soldering experience.
  • Ability to read drawings and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hand soldering small components, high-voltage applications preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • IPC certifications (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) preferred.
  • Experience in regulated industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with ESD programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performing hand soldering of through-hole and surface mount components to IPC standards.
  • Assembling electro-mechanical systems, including cable harnesses and PCB subassemblies.
  • Interpreting MWIs, drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
  • Maintaining high workmanship standards.
  • Performing in-process inspections of solder joints.
  • Following ESD and controlled environmental practices.
  • Maintaining traceability and production records.
  • Assisting in developing and improving work instructions.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation.
