About The Position

As a Solar Solutions Field Specialist, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their solar journey. You’ll work directly in the field, conducting consultations, educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, and presenting tailored solutions that fit their energy needs. This role combines customer engagement, problem-solving, and technical understanding.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required); college degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working both independently and with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in sales, solar, or field services is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess their property and energy requirements
• Provide clear explanations of solar solutions, cost savings, and long-term benefits
• Conduct site evaluations and gather data for system design teams
