Requirements

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working outdoors
No sales experience required — we train from the ground up
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to speak with homeowners about rising electricity costs and solar savings
Use company-provided scripts and training to educate homeowners on California solar incentives, financing programs, and bill-reduction options
Schedule appointments for homeowners interested in receiving a solar proposal
Handle basic qualification questions (roof type, credit, bill amount, shade, etc.)
Work closely with closers and managers to ensure smooth homeowner follow-up
Track leads, appointments, and conversions in our CRM daily
