About The Position

This is a full-time, field-based role where you’ll generate your own leads, meet with homeowners, and close solar deals from start to finish. No prior solar experience is required—we provide paid training and a proven system to help you get up and run quickly. Compensation includes a $500 weekly base pay plus uncapped commission, with most reps earning $2,000–$3,000+ per week once ramped. This includes: Work directly with homeowners to introduce and explain solar solutions Start conversations, set appointments, and guide customers through the process Generate your own opportunities within your assigned area Run consultations and help homeowners understand cost savings and incentives Manage follow-ups and close deals at your own pace Receive ongoing training and support to improve and increase your earnings Qualifications Who Thrives Here This role is a great fit for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who want to earn more and grow quickly. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation
  • Comfort engaging homeowners in person
  • Hungry, coachable, and performance-driven
  • High accountability and self-discipline
  • Ability to operate independently within a team structure
  • Ability to handle objections, create urgency, and ask for the sale
  • Integrity-driven with zero tolerance for misrepresentation, shortcuts, or unethical behavior
  • Willingness to work evening and weekends, when the real money is made
  • Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience including solar, home improvement, automotive, real estate, consultative, or door-to-door (D2D) sales
  • Valid driver’s license, and personal vehicle
