About The Position

MARS Builder Solutions (Solara) is hiring Solar Installers to support new home construction projects in the Valencia, CA area: 2 Installer II (Intermediate) 1 Installer I (Entry-Level) WHAT YOU’LL DO Install residential solar systems on new construction homes Work as part of a crew to complete installs safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Follow installation plans and coordinate with other trades on active job sites Maintain a strong focus on safety, including proper use of PPE and adherence to all protocols Support job site setup, material handling, and installation activities

Requirements

Construction or roofing experience preferred
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to follow direction and work safely as part of a crew
Hands-on solar installation experience required
Ability to perform installs with quality and minimal oversight
Strong attention to detail, including clean installs and proper waterproofing
Ability to communicate effectively with crew leadership and other trades
Ability to work on rooftops and climb ladders safely
Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50–75 lbs)
Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to correctly use tools and required safety equipment, including fall protection
Must be able to reliably work in the Valencia area
