About The Position
Venture Solar is hiring a Residential Solar Installer . Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience) Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week Full benefits package
Requirements
- Knowledge of hand-held power tools.
- Comfortable with heights - Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- A valid, clean driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in PV installations, roof work, general construction, or carpentry - preferred.
- Basic understanding/experience with electrical wiring of AC and DC systems - preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assembly, installation, or maintenance of solar modules/array and mounting hardware.
- 3Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment.
- Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC).
- Other duties as assigned.
