About The Position

We are seeking a research technician to facilitate on-farm research related to evaluating the potential soil health and crop quality impacts of compost and compost extracts. Specifically, the technician will assist in designing and implementing an on-farm experiment across 3-5 farms from Berthoud to Seibert Colorado in 2026-2027. Requirements

  • Experience working with farmers utilizing compost tea extracts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing field experiments and collecting plant and soil samples
  • Demonstrated communications skills, including leading project teams
  • Experience working with farmers in the Front Range of Colorado
