The ROLE Town & Country Insurance is looking for a Farm and Crop Insurance Customer Service Representative who will maintain strong relationships by providing timely and accurate service. Requirements
- Highly professional with unquestionable integrity and moral character
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse organization and client base
- Ability to prioritize, be flexible, respond to change environments
- Strong listener and works well with people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Service oriented and self motivated
- Insurance license is required, but you will have the opportunity to obtain once you join the team at Town & Country Insurance.
