Requirements

1–2 years of experience in training, customer support, education, or a related field
Confidence leading conversations and presenting information to groups
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex or unexpected situations
Comfort working independently, managing your time, and prioritizing competing needs
A calm, professional approach when handling challenging customer situations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn new technology and teach others how to use it effectively
A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Lead engaging, effective training sessions for a wide range of customers with different needs and experience levels
Travel to customer sites to support go-live events and ensure a smooth, successful transition
Serve as a primary trainer for small to mid-sized implementations
Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, supportive training experience
Gather and apply customer feedback to continuously improve training delivery and outcomes
Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and resources
Develop a strong understanding of Daxko’s products and the member-based organizations we serve
Contribute to team goals and OKRs, and support process improvement initiatives
