We are now looking for a Software Service Training Specialist to join our global Software Training & Validation Solutions team. In this role, you will develop and deliver high‑quality software training that enables Elekta’s global Support, Installation, and Upgrade teams to successfully deploy and support our solutions worldwide. Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Instructional Design, Education, IT, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in software support, installation, upgrades, or a comparable technical role
  • Proven ability to explain and document complex technical concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal business‑level English communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across time zones and cultures
  • Availability and eligibility for domestic and international travel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning methodologies
  • eLearning development experience (e.g., Rise 360 or similar tools)
  • Video creation and editing experience (e.g., Camtasia)
  • Experience delivering complex content in classroom or virtual settings
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure (AZ‑900 level or similar), Citrix virtualization, or PowerShell
  • Knowledge of radiotherapy workflows and Elekta software solutions is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver software training content using the ADDIE instructional design methodology
  • Create technical training (installation, upgrades, troubleshooting) and application/workflow training
  • Design and maintain eLearning modules, videos, screen recordings, and animations
  • Deliver virtual and in‑person training sessions to global audiences
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Training Solution Leads to align training with release schedules
  • Maintain and continuously improve training materials based on product updates and learner feedback
  • Support multiple product lines across the Elekta portfolio
  • Deploy training content to Elekta’s Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Track attendance and training completion for ILT and VILT courses
  • Maintain required Content Developer and Instructor qualifications in Elekta systems
  • Communicate new learning and upskilling opportunities to relevant stakeholders
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain E&T Cloud virtual training environments
  • Perform ongoing system hygiene and maintenance in collaboration with Infrastructure & Cloud teams
