This is not your average sales job. As our Software Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll lead the full sales and marketing lifecycle-from strategy to execution. You'll build our sales pipeline, expand channel partnerships, and take Core-Strategy to new markets. You'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product innovation, helping to shape how we present and grow our SaaS platform across B2B, B2G, and Nonprofit sectors. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, is excited about technology, and loves building long-term customer relationships. You understand that great marketing is more than checking boxes-it's about connecting the dots between SEO, paid media, data, and strategy to deliver real ROI.

  • Own the full sales & marketing funnel: from lead generation to closing
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Drive growth through strategic partnerships, joint sales calls, and channel enablement
  • Lead product demos and articulate the value of Core-Strategy to decision-makers
  • Build onboarding and training programs for partners and distributors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Develop and implement go-to-market campaigns and co-marketing strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS, Strategic Portfolio Management, and digital marketing
  • Use tools like Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and analytics dashboards to track performance
  • Grow revenue by expanding into new markets, sectors, and geographies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Sales & Marketing
  • 2+ years of proven SaaS sales experience (channel/partner-facing roles a big plus)
  • Passion for SaaS/AI technology and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2G buyer journeys and partner sales strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and spot growth opportunities
  • Strategic thinker who can sell outcomes, not just features
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • Experience in a digital agency or marketing firm supporting SaaS clients
  • Familiarity with frameworks like SMART Goals, KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard
  • Understanding of Strategy Execution, Project Management, and Portfolio Planning
  • Flexibility & autonomy-work independently with minimal supervision
