This role is for a motivated, full-cycle sales professional to join Topcon as a Software Sales Account Manager. The successful candidate will help Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners transform their design and build processes using industry-leading software solutions. This high-energy position involves owning the sales process from prospecting to close, delivering productivity gains and cost savings to AEC customers, and is ideal for someone competitive, curious, and eager to grow in the software and construction technology space. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry
  • A proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day)
  • Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools
  • Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions
  • Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects through consultative selling
  • Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities
  • Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative
