Labcorp Diagnostics is searching for a Salesforce QA Leader to play a critical role in supporting ongoing implementations and enhancements to the Salesforce.com and related commercial technology platforms. The person filling this role will be responsible for establishing a robust QA and testing program that works within the existing modified agile structure and development methodologies. The person filling this role will be a member of the Labcorp Diagnostics National Sales Administration team. The Salesforce QA Lead will lead a team of offshore India-based QA engineers in creating, formalizing and performing QA processes, documentation and testing activities. The QA Lead will be responsible for leading a team of QA Engineers and ensure maintenance of the automated regression suite. The QA Lead is an instrumental member of the project team, helping to ensure that a solution is fit for end user's needs. The QA Lead will work closely with the entire project team to review the overall functional and non-functional requirements, while keeping a user's perspective in mind. Activities in this role will include analyzing non-functional requirements and technical designs, translating functional requirements into test cases, and identifying defects and driving them to resolution. The ideal candidate is an experienced software QA leader with proven ability to grasp tough issues, solve problems quickly and deliver creative, well-engineered, high-quality solutions. The role requires a demonstrated ability to develop and communicate meaningful, clear metrics that drive the teams to continuous improvement. Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
