Facilitate the change management process for Information Services and Technology. Serve as an intermediary to coordinate, test, and communicate Change Management requirements within Information Services and Technology and other internal customers. Measure, monitor, and assess the efficiencies of the change management process. Must possess defined ability to interact with a variety of team members as a problem solver and have excellent written and communication skills. Strong analytical and computer skills are essential. Ability to multitask and drive projects or tasks to completion are essential. Ability to think outside the box is essential.
