About The Position

As the Software Quality Assurance - Associate Director, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple QA teams and departments. Your role will involve shaping the quality vision, driving process improvements, and ensuring that our software exceeds customer expectations. You will work closely with senior leaders to align QA initiatives with business goals, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization. Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Director, Product Software Engineering, and work under the leadership of the Vice President, Product Software Engineering.   • Executive Communication: Strong skills in presenting quality initiatives to executive leadership.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
  • Represent the QA function in executive meetings and presentations.
