This position has hybrid capabilities with in-office requirements. We are looking for full-time Software Quality Assurance Analyst to add to our team! All you need is a Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or 1-3 years of related experience required. We will teach you the rest! A Day in The Life as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst you will be: Responsible for conducting testing on software, websites, and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues. Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product. Identifies appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Conduct testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements within established guidelines. Identifies, logs, and recreates error codes, bugs, and defects. Extensive knowledge of software and database testing, including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored jobs, and error replication. When a product does not perform within specifications, will be responsible for reporting defects to the software team while identifying and recommending solutions, improvements, and updates. Create and carry out test plans to make sure all goals are reached. Refrains from assuming any duty that is unrelated to and/or interferes with the responsibilities of the position. Advocates, promotes, and practices cultural sensitivity and responsiveness in all day-to-day interactions. Develops, promotes, and practices teamwork in all activities.
