About The Position

Our EDI systems are an integral part of our Revenue Cycle software. Work as part of our production support team enhancing and maintaining the EDI systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or advanced college degree
Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, Katalon, Insomnia, ReadyAPI, SOAPUI a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
Experience working on a project team.
Experience working with SQL databases to query data.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement a plus
Experience working in a Test Management Tool (JIRA, ADO) a plus.
Experience in creating test plans and strategies a plus.
Experience with test automation a plus
Experience using Agile SDLC a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and execute test plans for EDI application development, enhancements, and bug fixes for both UI and executable programs.
Report issues found during testing.
Ensure that software adheres to company standards.
Work with the business, users, and other stakeholders to identify test cases.
Work with application developers to fix problems discovered during testing.
Document test results and respond to questions from business and IT team members.
Conduct regression testing for monthly releases.
Other duties as assigned.
