The ideal candidate has demonstrated success managing software programs or major software workstreams in aerospace, defense, or other high‑reliability domains and a strong working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, configuration management, and integration/test practices for embedded or flight software. They are experienced leading EVM and CAM processes and producing defensible program forecasts. They communicate effectively to technical teams and senior leadership, have a collaborative mindset, and a proven track record of resolving complex technical, schedule, and cost issues across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.
