You Are: A Software Product Sales Manager who has a strong background in software sales, particularly within the financial services sector. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals—and possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry and its challenges. The Opportunity: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base. Identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform sales strategies. Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment on offerings and market needs. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotes to potential clients. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements. Leverage industry knowledge to position our solutions as essential tools for client success. Demonstrate deep understanding of our solution set and market opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or related years of experience.
  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial institutions and their operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build lasting client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
