Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s or master’s in electrical or computer engineering.
  • 5+ years' experience with Firmware Development.
  • Extensive C/C++ programming experience and different scripts.
  • Need a fundamental understanding of firmware and software architecture.
  • Support and resolve customer reported issues.
  • Good design documentation and presentation capability.
  • Have good communication skill and a team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience on the PCIe protocol.
  • Experience on PCIe post silicon bring up, function validations.
  • Experience on the RISC-V architecture.
  • Experience on the Windows based simulation system design.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Linux and Windows OS and cross platform compatibility.
  • Work in a multi-tasking, fast paced, team-oriented working environment.
  • Write easy to understand modularized and structured code that’s maintainable and reusable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct PCIe post silicon bring up, function validations.
  • Evaluate and define firmware feature requirements.
  • Implement automation script for DUT and test equipment including traffic generator, PCIe protocol exerciser and analyzer, scope, temperature chamber, etc.
  • Work across teams/sites, which includes but not limits to: requirement analysis with architecture team, qualification strategies discussion with validation team, emergency problem solving with customer support team.
