Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
- 7+ years of deep expertise in professional Java development.
- 5+ yrs demonstrated experience with AWS, and data engineering concepts.
- Experience leading teams in agile development environments.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on technical oversight with people and delivery management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 software engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth.
- Oversee design and development of Java applications, APIs, and data pipelines, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Drive the implementation of AWS cloud solutions and ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and security.
- Partner with product, data, and business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure delivery predictability through agile practices, code quality standards, and release management.
