About The Position

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a Software Development team supporting full-stack development efforts across backend and frontend systems. This role requires a balance of hands-on development, team management, and strategic planning. The Software Engineering Manager will work closely with engineering and product leadership to align technology with business goals and product vision. This position will be hybrid in Arvada, CO!

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of applicable domain experience
Proven experience managing software engineering teams
Strong coding and code review skills in Python, TypeScript, and React
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles
Experience in backend and frontend development, as well as QA practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

Lead and manage software engineers across backend and frontend teams
Review and contribute to code in Python, TypeScript, and React
