Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with DoD or IC remote sensing constellations, including GEOINT systems
  • Experience with Agile methodology, software engineering, and project management principles
  • Experience working with mission management planners or intelligence analysts on a technical level
  • Experience leading teams, including managing resources and deliverables, or overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the team
  • Experience leading and managing project teams, providing clear direction and support
  • Experience with modern full-stack development tools, including UI/UX, API, and database technologies
  • Ability to manage schedules and tasks for implementations and deployments
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker
  • Experience developing tools for AWS cloud environments
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Argo Workflow
  • Knowledge of automation techniques or artificial intelligence and machine learning
  • Ability to comfortably translate requirements from customers, determine skillsets and scope needed to achieve timely results, and build a project schedule
  • Master’s degree in a STEM field
