Requirements
- Candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or higher-level education equivalent
- An interest in full cycle application development, including design, development, implementation, and support
- Knowledge of and experience with basic object-oriented programming concepts through coursework, job experience, or hobbies
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and success working in team environments
- Exposure to one or more of the following technologies is preferred: C# JavaScript SQL
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Agile, Azure DevOps, DevOps practices, Test-Driven Development
- SaaS software experience
Responsibilities
- Use a variety of tools and technologies to perform some aspects or phases of the full lifecycle of software development:
- Work directly with subject matter experts to identify and document requirements for any change
- Create detailed designs of new functionality or incremental enhancements
- Code new functionality and incremental enhancements using a variety of tools/languages
- Define, create, and execute manual or automated test cases
- Performance tuning
- Troubleshoot cause of problems or source of defects and recommend changes to address
- Create automated installation & deployment packages
- Document system behavior and system architecture
- Participate in Agile project planning, management, and improvement
- Collaborate with others on the team to improve overall product quality and development & support efficiency
- And other duties as assigned.
