About The Position

This Summer 2026 Internship role is ideal for candidates interested in broad exposure to a function/department within Radian. The specific responsibilities will be tailored to the candidate's background and current departmental projects. Interns must be available from Tuesday, May 26 to Friday, July 31, 2026.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Currently enrolled in a College or University program as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student.
  • Prior Work Experience: Less than 6 months.
  • Education and Credentials: HS Diploma or GED.
  • Required to participate in specific workshops and events in addition to intern duties.
  • Must be available Tuesday, May 26 - Friday, July 31, 2026.
  • Required to attend a 2-day in-person event held towards the end of July 2026 at our Wayne, PA headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining shared GenAI infrastructure and applications, ensuring firmwide data integration and enhancing software development across the firm.
  • Working on foundational building blocks, such as vector databases and LLM gateways, to support AI tools and applications.
  • Leveraging state-of-the-art cloud models for scalable and high-availability solutions.
  • Scaling the adoption of GenAI tools and integrating them with internal knowledge sources to drive innovation.
  • Collaborating with internal groups and end users to accelerate GenAI product development and deployment, tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Assist in testing and debugging software products.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Continuously improve coding skills and knowledge of software engineering practices.
