The role includes hands-on, client-facing experience from the start, supported by a client-simulated boot camp. This immersive 3-week program will kickstart your journey as an Associate Consultant in a one-year Discovery Program, designed to support your transition from college to CapTech. The company offers continuous learning opportunities, including workshops, cross-training, and social events that foster networking and skill development across different areas of the business. You will engage in a coaching culture, mentored by Subject Matter Experts, with a commitment to professional growth that ensures you can discover and pursue what you're passionate about through various consulting projects. Requirements

  • Candidates should be on track to graduate in December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026 with a bachelor's/+1/accelerated masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, including both oral and written abilities, to collaborate effectively in team settings and communicate ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • A strong aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving, along with a genuine desire to learn and grow in the field of software engineering.
  • Graduate students are only considered if they went straight to grad school from undergrad and have no prior full-time work experience.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Project or internship experience in developing software applications and scripts is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing applications using leading front-end and back-end technologies for web, mobile, cloud, web services, and DevOps.
  • Utilizing a diverse range of development platforms and languages, including but not limited to Java, .NET, C#, Python, Go, Android, iOS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders to craft systems that serve their customers in innovative and effective ways.
