You will gain first-hand, client-facing experience, supported by our interactive boot camp. This 3-week immersive program initiates your journey as an Associate Consultant in our one-year Discovery Program, designed to facilitate your transition from college to a thriving career at CapTech. Requirements

  • On track to graduate in December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for effective collaboration and clear exchange of ideas with clients and team members.
  • A keen analytical mind and effective problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to start in Summer 2026.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • An understanding or familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
  • Previous project or internship experience in a related technical field.
