About The Position

The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that help increase productivity across all departments within the company. Additionally, this role involves providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring that our solutions meet user requirements. This position requires a blend of IT expertise, software development skills, and project planning experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in software development using ASP.NET, VBA, and C#.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL).
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain software applications to support the growing needs of the business.
• Collaborate with multiple department leads to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the software solutions are user-friendly, efficient, and capable of producing accurate results.
• Integrate software with existing systems and databases to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.
• Continuously monitor and improve software performance, addressing any issues or bugs promptly.
• Manage IT projects related to software development and system integration, ensuring timely delivery.
