About The Position

At Intelliforce, our engineers build capabilities that directly support national security missions. In this Software Engineer role supporting GHOSTGEM, you will help design, develop, and evolve software systems operating in fast-moving, high-stakes environments where reliability matters. This is a strong fit for an engineer who wants hands-on work, real mission exposure, and the chance to grow while contributing meaningful code from day one. What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out This role gives you the chance to work on real operational systems alongside experienced engineers and steadily grow your ownership over features, components, and mission-critical software. You might spend part of your day building new Python features, debugging issues uncovered in testing, supporting integration across systems, or helping containerize applications for deployment. It is the kind of role where you build practical experience quickly and see how mission requirements shape engineering decisions. At Intelliforce, your work matters and your growth does too. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than an entry into another program. It is a chance to build your skills on systems that matter. Why Intelliforce? Because you matter—your work, your growth, and your well-being. At Intelliforce, we don’t just push the boundaries of technology—we partner with some of the most mission-driven teams in defense and beyond to solve challenges that truly matter. As a Systems Engineer here, you won’t just contribute to projects—you’ll help shape outcomes that make a real-world impact. We also know that great work starts with a great environment. That’s why we invest in you:
