About The Position

Vantor is seeking a Software Engineer to join their project team developing application software. This role involves participating in the requirements analysis and design for software applications or sub-components, coding and maintaining software from specifications, and following established software development processes. The engineer will also be responsible for creating process artifacts such as requirements documentation, design documentation, and test plans, and testing applications as identified in the development methodology. The position is located in Colorado Springs and is an on-site role. Requirements

  • Must be U.S. Citizen and eligible for SECRET security clearance
  • BS in Computer Science or related discipline. 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • C++ programming experience.
  • Experience with Object Oriented software development theory and associated methodologies
  • Good understanding of coding methods and best practices

Responsibilities
