About The Position

As a Software Engineer , you don’t just write code; you architect solutions that safeguard national security. We are looking for a technical strategist who can bridge the gap between complex requirements and elegant, scalable software. You will manage the full development lifecycle—adding your unique expertise to integrated components while providing the mentorship and insight that drives team success. Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline) with 7–20 years of experience.
  • OR
  • 11–24 years of professional software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Technical Skills: Core Frameworks: Expert proficiency in React and Next.js.
  • Web Technologies: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • API Integration: Hands-on experience integrating RESTful services and managing asynchronous data flows.
  • Optimization: Proven track record of optimizing web performance and implementing SSR/SSG workflows.
  • DevOps/Tools: Familiarity with Gitlab, modern build tools, and Agile development environments.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Modern Web Development: Architect and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and the Next.js framework.
  • Advanced Rendering: Implement complex rendering strategies, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and dynamic routing to ensure lightning-fast user experiences.
  • Full-Stack Collaboration: Partner closely with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and deliver cohesive, end-to-end scalable solutions.
  • Performance Engineering: Optimize mission applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO, ensuring critical data is accessible and performant.
  • Architectural Leadership: Participate in high-level code reviews and collaborate with Senior Front-End Engineers to drive front-end architecture decisions and maintain clean, well-documented codebases.
