About The Position

This is a fully on-site role. Hybrid/remote work is not available at this time. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer to join our growing in-house engineering team and contribute to the modernization and evolution of our proprietary Loan Management System (LMS). This is a hands-on development role for someone who loves solving complex problems, building scalable solutions, and working under sharp, seasoned technical professionals. As part of our in-house engineering team, you will collaborate closely under the mentorship of Principal Engineers to implement new features, optimize performance, and ensure the long-term sustainability of our mission-critical platform. This is the ideal role for a strong individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to deepen their technical expertise while learning from industry veterans. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering-related discipline required.
  • 5–10 years of professional software development experience required.
  • Experience working with .NET Web Development (Blazor preferable)
  • Experience with SQL Server, Development of Store procedures, view, functions
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and Azure cloud services required.
  • Proficiency in Angular (v12+) and modern front-end development practices.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies required.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to modernizing legacy systems or home-grown platforms is a strong plus.
  • Experience in fintech or financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance features for our custom-built LMS under the guidance of Principal Engineers.
  • Implement scalable solutions using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and Azure cloud services.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and Product Management to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to front-end development using Angular (v12+) to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Assist with CRM development and integration efforts.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
  • Work within agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
