Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
0-2 years of experience in software development
Experience with object-oriented programming and design patterns
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Adaptability and flexibility to changing environment
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products
Must be eligible to work in the USA and able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software applications following established coding standards and best practices
Collaborate with senior engineers to implement features and resolve bugs, demonstrating our "Get Sht done" principle
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
Assist in the creation of technical documentation to support the development lifecycles
Work within cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and contribute to solutions that "Obsess over Customers"
Learn and apply new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve your technical skills
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning and estimation
Support the maintenance and improvement of existing systems and applications
