Positioned at the strategic center of E+D, the team revolutionizes productivity by delivering embedded experiences across the Microsoft 365 suite—including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel—that drive the growth of generative AI solutions for commercial and consumer customers. The solutions delivered have a direct impact on business outcomes. As a Software Engineer, you implement and test well-scoped features with guidance, using data and customer insights to iterate and improve. The team operates as a modern engineering organization, embodying industry best practices in Product-Led Growth (PLG). Collaboration with PMs, designers, data scientists, user researchers, and marketers enables the development of deep customer insights that inform experiences used by hundreds of millions daily.
