We are looking for a Software Engineer who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the development of scalable data solutions. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who want to work with modern data technologies and gain experience in building systems that support strategic insights across Microsoft 365.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• Internship or academic project experience in software development or data engineering.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members to design and implement data pipelines and services.
• Writes clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
• Uses scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate data processing and operational tasks.
• Participates in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning activities.
• Learns and applies best practices in software development and data engineering.
