Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa - Johnston Function: Technology (CA) Title: Software Engineer - 119563 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Software Analyst for Intelligent Solutions Group Urbandale located in Johnston, IA, you will: • Work closely with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs, works collaboratively with infrastructure, security, and other partners. • Design, develop, and maintain front‑end and back‑end components for new and existing tools to deliver effective solutions to well‑defined business problems. • Develop, maintain, and serve as a liaison between 3rd party suppliers. • Participate in Sprint planning. • Coach and develop other team members VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in the design, development, testing and integration of high complex software solutions, leveraging APIs and change management.
  • 1 or more years of understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints.
  • Proven experience as a work lead providing technical coaching and mentoring to others.
  • Proven strong leadership skills and experience, influence effectively, ability to resolve impediments in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated use of multiple programming languages, specifically JavaScript and React.

  • Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Proven experience as a work lead providing technical coaching and mentoring to others
