We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team!

This is an exciting time to join our group and work on something highly strategic to Microsoft. Microsoft Copilot Studios is the platform to securely store an enormous amount of data in a cost efficient, scalable and easily manageable way. This team builds a suite of microservices to get near real-time insights over your data in Microsoft Copilot Studios. You will be a part of a team of engineers who thrive on solving complex problems at scale while doing it with impeccable quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of industry experience in service development, successfully shipping services through multiple releases.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• Experience creating AI-centric experiences, or familiarity with building AI orchestration systems
• Experience utilizing generative AI, conduct experiments, and evaluate AI effectiveness in product improvements.
• Experience building scalable applications and services with Azure or other scalable cloud platforms with robust performance, resiliency, telemetry, and security.
