This is a junior-level position designed for an engineer early in their career who wants to solve meaningful technical problems while gaining broad exposure to the end-to-end operations of a trading firm. In this role, you will contribute directly to the foundational systems that power our trading lifecycle. You will gain exposure to two primary areas: Data Infrastructure: Expanding our data ecosystem by building a global security master across asset classes, maintaining research data pipelines, and optimizing our modern data warehouse. Post-Trade Infrastructure: Building tools that support trading operations, including trade booking, drop copy, position management, firm-wide risk viewing, and compliance reporting. The Core Engineering team is responsible for the firm's entire trading infrastructure. On a lean team of 10 highly skilled engineers with an average of 5+ years of experience, we view engineering holistically rather than functionally. You will not be restricted to a narrow component; you will own projects that span data, risk, and operations. This end-to-end exposure provides a rare vantage point for a junior engineer, allowing you to develop a deep, comprehensive skillset alongside seasoned mentors in a hands-on environment.
