Rightshore ® is a trademark belonging to Capgemini Job Description Role: SAS/Actimize/Compliance Risk Tool Resource Location: Jersey City, NJ Position: Full time Job Description Responsibilities Analyze production issues and develop remediation improvement plans Engage with business stakeholders and Technical Teams Vendor Management to fix the affected services within the agreed SLA Work on various Release management activities which involves various technologies such as Unix Informatica Database Actimize AIS Components Tomcat Weblogic etc Provide support to L1 team to improve their support efficiency and to meet incident SLA Troubleshoot risk and compliance applications issues Investigate batch failures end user issues Actively participating in DR Test activities online and batch test etc Integrate monitoring tools like Netcool dynatrace splunk with risk and compliance applications Prepare and present monthly metrics report showcasing the Issues Efforts and scope of improvements to Senior Management Experienced in Data testing and Analysis of Data Warehouse BI reports Create Application Runbooks Knowledge Base in Twiki and Application Onboarding documents Willing to work in Shifts for L2 L3 Maintenance Enhancement Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Engineering Information Systems 3-5 years in IT Developing and maintaining software applications Analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root cause for enterprise application data issues Good oral and written communication. Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Engineering Information Systems
3-5 years in IT Developing and maintaining software applications
Analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root cause for enterprise application data issues
Good oral and written communication.

Responsibilities
