About The Position

The Experience plus Devices (E+D) Growth team is seeking engineers to help accelerate the adoption of Copilot and Microsoft 365. This team is strategically positioned to revolutionize the productivity business by delivering embedded experiences across the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) that drive the growth of cutting-edge generative AI solutions for commercial and consumer markets. The role involves tackling technical challenges across a diverse tech stack, with solutions directly impacting the business's bottom line. It requires strategic and creative thinking, along with a passion for building technical solutions that address customer needs. They collaborate closely with PMs, designers, data scientists, user researchers, and marketers to build deep customer insights for experiences used by hundreds of millions daily. They partner with other teams to deliver world-class services and create experiences that connect with customers across Microsoft products, directly driving business growth and value. The team fosters an inclusive workplace, investing in team health and valuing 'how we work' as much as customer and business impact. New team members are encouraged to bring a growth mindset and willingness to learn, with mentorship and career growth provided. The role offers opportunities in full-stack (React/TypeScript, C#/.NET REST/GraphQL, scalable data models), backend (Azure-hosted C#/.NET services, event-driven architectures), or client development (native Windows/macOS experiences using modern C++20). Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and organization to achieve more, building on values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create an inclusive culture.
