About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of a cloud-native, distributed database platform used by enterprises worldwide. The Software Engineer will work on building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems that enable seamless deployment and management of database clusters across cloud and on-premises environments. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of backend software development experience with strong proficiency in Java and Go
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience building large-scale, reliable, and high-performance systems
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills
• Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant components for managing distributed database clusters
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate requirements into automated workflows
• Work alongside frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, high-quality software releases
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
• Stay current with emerging technologies in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes ecosystems
• Debug, optimize, and fine-tune system performance to maintain reliability and scalability
