Requirements

• Ability to show up every day with an enthusiastic, curious and kind attitude.
• Experience building, releasing and maintaining features for enterprise customers
• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Excellent communication skils
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with MongoDB or similar document databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and containerized environments
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, and debugging
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration
• Exposure to identity, security, or authorization systems (OAuth, RBAC, etc.)
• Familiarity with the MCP, A2A, Skills and other AI protocols

Responsibilities

• As a Software Engineer at Natoma, you'll own the delivery and outcome of customer features and service health.
• You'll work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Design and QA teams to deliver high impact features.
• Additionally, you'll work closely with your Engineering teammates to review and identify service optimizations.
