The Software Engineer will leverage extensive complaint and quality data within the complaint management system to train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models that enhance complaint detection, classification, coding accuracy, and resolution recommendations. This individual will contribute to a lean, high-impact engineering team by applying foundational knowledge of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and modern web development to real-world use cases.
