About The Position
DriveNets is a leader in high-scale disaggregated networking solutions, founded in 2015. The company modernizes how service providers, cloud providers, and hyperscalers build networks, supporting the largest network in the world with more than half of AT&T’s backbone traffic running on DriveNets’ Network Cloud open disaggregated architecture. DriveNets is seeking a Software Engineer to work out of their Middletown, NJ office, with hybrid work permitted for those living within commutable distance.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of experience in a software engineer or closely related occupation
- Knowledge in DriveNets specific domains: DriveNets Network Operating System (DNOS) management plane (Configuration transaction management; System Object-Relational Mapper (ORM))
- Knowledge in DriveNets specific domains: DNOS infrastructure (NOS life cycle; NOS testing infrastructure)
Responsibilities
- Develop code related to DriveNets Network Operating System (DNOS) management plan features
- Develop code related to Smart Network Platform (SNP)-DNOS integration in DNOS product
- Act as a source of knowledge in NETCONF/gNMI domain for Program Increment (PI) planning activities
- Act as a source of knowledge in NETCONF/gNMI domain for test plan reviews
