About The Position

Software Engineer- Production Support Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. This position is for a Distributed Developer / Support Engineer within the R4 Responsive Customer and Account Maintenance Team covering multiple products in the Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology organization. This Engineer will be responsible for responding to production incidents. You will closely with our business partners responding to application specific questions and work with the product teams to promote availability, resilience, and stability.

Requirements

  • College degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Knowledge of Java, Datadog, Cloud (AWS)
  • Experience triaging production issues, locating performance improvements, and working with developers on production resolution
