The Software Engineer V will be responsible for building custom software solutions of high-quality while following the coding standards and technical design.

Requirements

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience designing and developing software applications
Proficiency with C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework
Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
Proficiency with troubleshooting/debugging software applications
Experience with Windows Services
Experience with Microsoft Entity Framework
Experience with SQL, LINQ
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with Oracle
Experience with TCP/IP
Having experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
Having experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Having experience with Microsoft Azure/DevOps, Git
Having experience with Source Control and Bug Tracking
Having experience with Microsoft SQL Management Studio
Having experience with Microsoft Visio
Having experience with Microsoft Office
Experience designing and developing Web based systems, as well as Client / Server based applications.
Experience in software development lifecycle methodology
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Proficiency with Java and the JDK Framework
Experience with Java Messaging Service
Experience with Java Servlet
Having experience with Eclipse
Having experience with StarTeam
Having experience with Oracle SQL Developer
Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET MVC Framework
Experience with Vue.js, Angular.js, or experience with other Javascript reactive frameworks

Experience with MVC and MVVM architectural patterns
Experience with .NET Core
Experience with WCF/Web API
Experience with Microsoft Windows Presentation Framework (WPF)
Having experience with Adobe Photoshop

Responsibilities

Designs and develops software applications
Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
Typically reports to a manager
May provide consultation on complex projects.
Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
Works autonomously.
May provide a leadership role for a work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.
Some travel is expected, up to 15%
