About The Position

We have an immediate opening for a Software Engineer supporting the Ground Weapons System (GWS) program, focusing on automated Test and Verification as part of the Architecture and Delivery team. This role contributes to developing test automation software within an Agile environment for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Moseley Technical Services, Inc. Requirements

  • Federal Law requires U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred)
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Professional experience with Python
  • Experience with at least one phase of the software development lifecycle (design, coding, integration, testing, or deployment)
  • Familiarity with Agile software development and collaborative tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye/Crucible

Nice To Haves

  • Background in software development for test automation
  • Experience using Jenkins and Elasticsearch
  • Exposure to Scrum leadership roles (Scrum Master or Product Owner)
  • Security+ certification (Current)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation software products aligned with GWS program goals
  • Contribute to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements, development, integration, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate in an Agile team setting using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Fisheye/Crucible
  • Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices in coordination with cross-functional teams
