As a Software Engineer on this program, you'll be building and advancing a cutting-edge agentic platform designed to power intelligent, autonomous workflows in complex operational environments. This isn't prototype work — you'll be developing and maintaining production-grade systems that real users depend on every day. You'll work directly with cyber analysts to understand how they operate and translate those workflows into high-impact automation. You'll integrate diverse data sources and external APIs using MCP tools, build agentic capabilities using modern frameworks, and design real-time analytics pipelines that process and surface critical information at scale. Requirements

  • 3 years of software development experience with strong Python proficiency, or a B.S. in a technical discipline with the same; 7 years of experience may be substituted in place of the degree
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications that service hundreds to thousands of users
  • Strong understanding of AI development concepts, including prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and tool/function calling
  • Experience developing resilient, scalable stream processing applications using modern messaging and event-streaming platforms
  • Experience leveraging AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and automation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as PydanticAI, LangGraph, or DeepAgents
  • Background in cybersecurity or a working understanding of security operations workflows
  • Experience managing deployments in AWS Cloud with Kubernetes
  • GitLab CI/CD automation
  • Experience with retrieval systems, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search
  • Familiarity with analyzing cybersecurity-related data sets such as network traffic and OS events
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
  • Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations
