Requirements

5+ years of experience in building and operating backend/platform services in production.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Experience in media platforms, MAM/DAM systems, or complex integrations with third-party platforms.
Proficient in working in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
Ability to design reusable services and clear APIs for various internal stakeholders.
Committed to ensuring reliability and observability for time-sensitive workflows.
A strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Self-directed and comfortable with autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities

Design and build backend services for the Live Media Asset Management platform.
Integrate third-party media asset management systems with existing hybrid infrastructure.
Implement robust data models and APIs for live media assets and their metadata.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive workflows for live content.
Work with AI/ML teams to enhance the MAM ecosystem with automated functionalities.
Own production services, focusing on reliability, observability, and on-call support for critical workflows.
